In a half calf binding with cloth to the boards, rebound with new endpapers. Externally, smart, with some light rubbing. Cloth to the tail of the front board is a little cockled. Spine label is lifting a little. Small puncture hole to the head of the front joint. Hinges are a little strained. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned and generally clean with some scattered spots. Small tears to the folding plates. Closed tear to the tail of the title page. Repair to the dedication leaf. Good .
